Through stormy trials along the way,
While kneeling down, trying to pray,
Yet through it all I’m able to say,
God is there.

When seas of life continually roll,
When life does not at all seem whole,
When in the storm there is no lull,
God is there.

When Satan’s attacking you from all sides,
And no longer in happiness can you abide,
When you find you can no longer take things in stride,
God is there.

Just keep it in mind that He’s coming back,
To take you to heaven if you stay on track.
In heaven your life will no longer look black,
Because God is there.
