This was my lunch yesterday and today…believe it or not, I was full! Those table grapes are really filling. I didn’t eat my oranges though. For dinner I ended up eating a smoothie that had pineapples, blueberries, and strawberries in it, and a bowlful of baby carrots. I haven’t felt more energized yet but I notice that my skin is a lot more radiant and my teeth are a little bit whiter 🙂 That’s always a good thing, right?
