This is Cleveland Browns’ player Greg Little. He is known for having a sweet tooth. In fact, his teammates tease him about it a lot. But Little recently made a change in his diet. He stopped eating so many sweets and started eating more healthily. His new diet that he adopted made sure that he lost 11 pounds!
You guys recently know that I adopted a new diet. I still eat sweets every once in a while, but for the most part, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Little wants to do it so he can be in better shape and improve his gameplay on the football field. I just want to do it because it’s easier to eat healthy and DUH, it’s better for you 🙂
