What’s so special about Father’s Day?
Father’s Day was actually started from the success of Mother’s Day. (I guess they didn’t want dad to feel left out.) Father’s Day is a 24-hour period where you can thank your dad for all he’s done for you. However, if you didn’t grow up around your Dad, this day really isn’t special to you. But I want to let you in on a secret, everyone has a father in God. He’s what you call our Heavenly Father. Just like our earthly fathers, God has/is/and will continue to take care of our needs. He’s everything you could ask for and more.
This Sunday is Father’s Day. Please take the time to let your Dad, earthly/Heavenly/or both, just how much you love him.
