Dealing with Disappointment

First of all, I apologize for writing this so late. I’m down here in Texas for the SWAU basketball tournament. It’s 3:11 am and boy am I tired. We’ve had a slew of games and just as many losses for our boys team. I’m a tough competitor and it burns me to lose the way we’ve been losing. However, it does remind me that 10 years from now, not many people will remember a silly basketball game, right?

Easier said than done, huh?

If you’re down here at the tournament or if you’ve recently played a bad game, the quote in the quote section lifted my spirits. The best advice I can give you is to just keep playing hard and try not to think about the negatives. Focus on the positives.
