Thanksgiving is almost here and you know what that means, right? Exactly! Food! But one thing us athletes have to worry about is eating too much over the holidays. That week off of school tends to attract some lazy habits like sitting in front of a computer or tv all day and NOT getting out to exercise. Trust me, it's a killer to go back to a routine (such as basketball practice) after you stop doing it.
So do yourself a favor this week and make sure to get out and exercise! Pump some fresh air into those lungs! Staying in shape over this break will help you be prepared when the vacation is over.
