This reminds me of a skit I just did in drama cl[censored]! I was an inexperienced intern and my friend was a surgeon not paying attention our lines:

Is that right?
Yes, I think so.
Are you sure?
Sure I'm sure!
I wish I was as confident as you.
I don't know what you mean.
I mean I'm just not as certain.

Then the brain falls apart and I run off, followed by my friend after he realizes what happened!
