Ok, watch this video. I thought it was awesome. It's a sneak peak at Ohio State's secrets to success.

Isn't it awesome how in the culture of Ohio State football, that Coach Meyer rewards his players with sleep time? Sleep is something important to people, especially athletes. They need the proper rest so that they can play at their full potential.

Does that sound familiar? Hmmmm...

As Christian athletes, we God automatically built in that rest period for us. In fact, He gave an entire DAY to worship Him and take our minds off of the world. I don't know about you guys, but I "heart" the Sabbath. The Sabbath serves as a period where I can rest and enjoy this special time between me and my Creator. After the Sabbath is over, I'm rejuvenated and ready to tackle whatever the following week will bring.

What are some things that you all do during Sabbath hours?

You're right, "I heart the Sabbath" is not the proper way to write something. I just felt like writing it a different way. Maybe next time I'll put, "I 'heart' the Sabbath."
