NEW! CHANGE BACKGROUND
God & Gabby
by David Robinson

Just in case any of you missed it, Gabby Douglas is a pretty good gymnast. At the young age of 16, she's already won 6 Gold medals! But how does this help her in her faith?
While just making it to the Olympic is a great accomplishment, winning a medal is even better. Unfortunately, everyone knows that eventually, someone will come along and do better. That's just the nature of sports. The awesome thing about Douglas though is that she doesn't let all the fame go to her head. Check out her twitter after she won a Gold medal in London:

It's really nice to see Douglas give praise to the One who made her. And trust me, when your on as big of a stage as Douglas is, EVERYONE is watching. Check out what Dominique Dawes, former USA Gold Medal gymnast, had to say about Douglas. (The best part is at 6:25 when she starts speaking about God.)

How have/are you using sports to be a witness for God? Leave a comment below :)

Gabby Douglas is amazing. I watched her perform, and she has got talent straight from God! My mom and I were cheering her on whenever she mentioned God and the Scriptures. :)
