Do you have to be baptized to go to Heaven?
When should you get baptized?

Thanks

If you have the opportunity, then yes you should. Say someone was a true believer in Christ in a poor city in Africa, and there wasn't any one to perform the baptism, so that she couldn't get baptized, that would be a whole other situation, and God wouldn't judge her for. If you have the opportunity to be baptized, then I would take up the opportunity because baptism are amazing for what they represent!
You don't have to be Goliath to succeed, Little Davids can succeed, too :)

You actually don't. Baptism will not save. It is publicly showing that you've accepted Jesus into your life, and is the beginning of your journey with him. Acts 16:31 says:
...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
So if you fully understand the purpose of Jesus's sacrifice, and accept him as your Savior, you will be saved.
Both baptism and privately accepting Jesus should come when you feel you're ready to, and have talked it over with your pastor and family.
Speak up, judge righteously, and defend the cause of the needy and oppressed.
