I have a few questions for y’all.

1. Are you allowed to swear?
2. If not, do you know people who do?
3. What are you parents’ rules regarding watching or listening to things that have swear words?
4. Are you allowed to use slang words to replace swear words? If so which ones?

To answer my own questions:

1. No, I’m not allowed to swear.
2. Yes, even our church’s pastor’s daughter swears sometimes.
3. I’m not allowed to listen to music that contains swear words as I would listen to songs over and over, but if they have a few swear words in movies, my parents are cool with it.
4. I say “What the heck” and “Oh my Gosh” that’s it. I used to not be allowed to say “Oh my Gosh”, but after researching the word, I decided it was okay to use it. My mom said I could decide to use it or not, since it was up to interpretation, but she doesn’t prefers me to.

1. No.
2. Sometimes I guess.
3. We are not allowed to watch things with many swear words.
4. Not really. I sometimes say Oh my goodness, and What on earth..

1. I just don't around them.
2. Yes, everyone at my school.
3. They don't really allow me too but I do it anyways.
4. Yes, all of them.

1. Nooooo
2. Yessss
3. Well, my parents choose what movies we watch, and if they're too much swearing we stop watching. I choose what I watch on Youtube, though, but I'm careful and haven't come across any swearing yet.
4. Well, technically I'm allowed to, but don't want to. When I found out that "shoot" was a euphemism for *bad word that you guys can probably guess* I avoided using it. However, when people use it I don't go telling them not to use it. Not using euphemisms was my choice and I won't judge people who choose otherwise.

4. I say Mousicles and Micream. Recently I've been saying Mousekills. :side:  I don't use them as replacements for swear words, it's just an involuntary expression of surprise for me.

Oh. I think Oh my goodness is another way to say (with the G meaning God).. So, I try not to say it that much…

I say “Oh my” and “What in the Blue Blazes”. My sister also says that, she forgot to mention it.

1. No
2. Oh, yes
3. They're OK as long as it isn't constant. They tolerate common swearing or the stuff they say in war movies because they say that people cuss in war a lot.
4. Well, there is "Oh, my word", and "Oh my goodness." I use sarcasm too. My mom sometimes says "Oh my Gosh", but I abstain from that unless I really mean it. For example, if I saw something really horrendous and unjustifiable, I consider it OK. Kind of like, "God, help us." You know what I mean? I am not allowed to use slang words to replace cuss words, neither do I think I should.
Remember, it's just a bad day, not a bad life. Keep smiling everyone
