So there used to be a process for applying to be a mod for the DF but I’m not sure that it’s set up still. Also the website is changing so maybe now isn’t the time to try to learn and then have to relearn a new platform anyways. I’ll have to see what they do with the new site when it’s up to tell you about that process.
As for being an admin, there is no process. It’s really just people who work for Guide Mag or Guide Cyberclub who are admins. So I guess, you’d have to apply to work for one of those but even then, you still might not get admin access.
