That code is not just a log in error, it is a major malfunction with the servers. Ever since the chat was supposed to undergo several changes, a bug must have destroyed the chat. I'm sure that for the first few weeks the problem was being assessed, but now, however, it seems that the glitch caused irreversible problems, meaning the chat might be down, permanently.
