I am so excited to hear that you plan to be baptized! I will pray for you as you pursue your decision to make Jesus your Savior and Lord.

I am also happy to here that you have been given a Bible study guide to help prepare for this important decision. Studying this with your dad will be a blessing to both of you.

I am sure your dad understands the importance of taking time to study with you as well. But sometimes parents get so busy that we forget the most important things.

If your dad's schedule is anything like mine, I am sure he feels he cannot squeeze one more thing into it. But I've got an idea. Ask your dad to put your study time into his planner. Once he writes it down, he is more likely to remember it and follow through.

I hope this helps and God Bless you.

Could you do it with a local pastor?
You don't have to be Goliath to succeed, Little Davids can succeed, too :)
