I've had glasses since kindergarten. My eyesight has been progressing negatively over the past years and I'm nearsighted.
Has anyone ever been teased about having glasses? Or maybe you have had a mishap with your glasses? I have not been actively teased but there was a boy in first grade who took my glasses during recess and hid them in his sweaty shirt... ew. |

I've got a question. Do any of yall here have like some sort of dots and squiggles on the surface of your eyes that you can especially see when looking at a large expanse of a bright or light color, as in the sky during the day for example? Cuz I do.

I got injured in my right eye when I was younger, so my vision in one eye is bad. I’m also a bit near sighted too, buttttt I barely wear my glasses….Haha

When you are nearsighted, it only gets worse. I'm so sorry! I once had to get surgery because even though I am farsighted, which only gets better, my eyes refused to respond to treatment. Sighh.
