You see. I understand that person might think it that way. But I don't see anything wrong with it. It helps you to praise and understand the sermon more. In that case, it's actually really good!

Its just like a hymnal except that its on a big screen so everyone can see.

Nothing wrong with screens, how can they bad. Plus, it doesn't look like a theater? Theaters have the chairs like auto-matic and the screen is usually in the center and giant. :3 Not trying to be mean to that guy but I don't see why it looks like a theater.

im kinda sitting on the fence with this question

our church has two big screens in the front and i think its okay becuz sometimes i cant see the pastors face but on the other hand i think we are using the screen as an excuse of not using the bible. whenever the pastor says "turn in your bible to..." or if the choir leader says go to page xyz in your hymnal" then everyone looks up at the screen for the words in stead of in the book.

i wonder what would happen if they didnt put the words on the screen one day... that would be funny.

We have one in the nursery because the nursery and the church are two different rooms.. Hehehehehe
