Me too, I am not fat, THANK GOODNESS, but want to be in a different physical condition . I want to be more athletic, and also feel better and look better. I AM SO TRYING THIS!!!! Thanks.
Hey, I have a suggestion: eat something other than mashed potatoes for lunch. Potatoes will leave you hungry again FAST (in my experience). Maybe eat a sandwich with veggies on whole-grain bread?

White bread is considered bad because the wheat has to be bleached to the white shade you see. The bleaching process removes all the nutrients.
technically you can eat more than you currently eat and slim down the trick eat more food as grown for example you can eat a bag of potato chips or you can eat a bags worth of potatoes as grown and it will have roughly the same amount of calories and you eats 5 pounds of potatoes at one sitting?
