Guide Editor Sings at Kennedy Center

The Kennedy Center is one of the premiere musical halls worldwide. It sits on the banks of the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. Kennedy Space Center This Christmas season was the first time Guide editor Randy Fishell had sung at this particular concert hall.

"I can still hardly believe it," Randy commented afterward. "As you may know, my musical abilities have been brought into question from time to time. At least, I understand some people have had strange reactions after viewing my music video "Give the Money Back." But now that I have sung at the Kennedy Center, all doubt should be laid to rest."

Wishing to be known as "the people's singer," Randy made himself available before the event to attendees.

Soon enough, Randy found himself accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra and the Washington Chorus, under the conduction of Mr. Marvin Hamlisch.

"I will always cherish the memory of having Mr. Hamlisch thank me for my contribution to the evening's success," said Randy.

Here is the actual spot from which Randy sang. seating As he stood and joined voices with the other 2,000 attendees to sing a variety of Christmas carols, the concert hall seemed to vibrate with joy.

"I know that I will never sing onstage as an actual performer anywhere until I get to heaven," Randy admitted. "But singing along with the other audience members at the Kennedy Center gave me a little glimpse into what a heavenly choir must sound like!"

In reality, in the past Randy has sung with the renowned King's Herald's Quartet. You may view it here and post your comments. You may wish to recommend him for a future solo performance at the Kennedy Center. Or you may wish to suggest that he never sing anywhere in public, solo or otherwise.
